URL từ "~" (tilde) để loại bỏ

httpd.conf và sửa chữa.
httpd.conf thường nằm ở bên dưới. 
 /usr/local/apache2/conf
Hoặc 
 /usr/local/etc/apache2

httpd.conf 
 Alias / USERNAME / "/home/ USERNAME /public_html/"
<Directory "/home/ USERNAME /public_html">
    Options Indexes MultiViews
    AllowOverride None
    Order allow,deny
    Allow from all
</Directory>
Directory trong Chỉ thị là một ví dụ. Xin vui lòng thay đổi nếu cần thiết.
