Commentaar van de kogel (#), verwijder de
httpd.conf 
 AddHandler cgi-script .cgi

Options om de richtlijn
httpd.conf 
 <Directory />
     Options ExecCGI FollowSymLinks Includes MultiViews 
    AllowOverride None
    Order allow,deny
    Allow from all
</Directory>
